Tiresome Defoe bashing again. No, he hasn't been amazing but let's look at the blistering quality shown around him shall we? Amazing how many here continue to give Sig a free-er pass...on another note, if this continues going tits up, might I suggest that the avatar Gods give Scara that pig mask from the SAW films??? 2-1 Spurs, Scara saved...

It's not defoe bashing, it's a pretty accurate tactical analysis.

KD there is a slight difference. Defoe has been pretty damn good this season. Whilst Sig well... the less said the better

I appreciate how frustrating it can be, but again, the amount of long balls he's had to 'field' is absolutely stupid and not really in line with what we've been doing most of the season. The support play around him (Lennon aside) has been pretty fudging tragic. I suppose my point is that he is not the only culprit but by christ he makes an easy target doesn't he?!!!
