He is fully fit. If he wasn't fully fit then wouldn't be playing ANY first team games. Paulinho/Dembele/Eriksen is currently the first choice midfield in AVB's system and others will simply have to wait their chance.

As for his injury, again if he was still injured with it then he wouldn't be training other than physio, let alone play Europa League matches in colder conditions (where your joints are put under more strain). Sandro is fit, raring to go and will get his chance sooner or later.
 
For a derby this match is being played at such a slow tempo. We need to be far snappier with our passing. We have too many players who like to hold on to the ball too long.

Ok, quite a big delay at mo because jussi's boots are ****ed.

Not much happened so far, we're looking better as the game is going on.
