i dont get mason at the moment. looks like a decent squad option, but to this point hasnt scored, dont recall any assists and his passing is really shaky.

i dont see why he is a shoe in for most people.

*as i say that he unleashes one from 30 yards...

He works hard and is all round average.

So his lack of a specific weakness becomes his strength

We might be busy in the middle with Bentaleb and Mason but we lack creativity there. Would much rather see Eriksen there.
As for Lamela, he may run about and tackle but he has lost the ball so many times.

With Eriksen and Lamela both wanting to come inside there have been many times when we have Dembele/Mason on the ball looking for a wide ball and both Lamela and Eriksen in the box -which is crazy.
