Dunno I think verts could've smashed it out of play rather than come across him like that? Thought verts was always getting there first but could be wrong.
 
Bit of a brick position to be in, very poor from Dawson when we were looking more likely to nick a goal, can understand why Jan took it for the team.

Whatever happens from now a couple of positives. Dempsey although alot of the time seems to be anonymous he's always seems to pop up with important goals at important times and Carroll is just a brilliant young player. I think some of the more senior lads should maybe watch how he passes and the MOVES making himself available again. It would really help us when we loss the pass of Lennon and Bale.

Far more entertaining than winning 4-0 every game, no wonder were on ITV1 every game and now relegated to ITV4
 
If we had 11, I'd be pretty confident, we were looking the better team and Hudd/Carroll were bossing it in midfield. With 10 men now though like you say it's not going to help. They now have more men in midfield and we're just going to have to try and nick a goal through a set piece or something.
 
And we had better get to the semi-finals, else if we do make top four (by some improbable feat), then Verts will be suspended for the first leg of the play-off.
