Thought that was a very clever performance tonight. A lot more considered in defence, no playing out from the back, played into Solanke a lot more and played off him when we could plus bergvall was tethered and didn't go forwards, meaning we had cover even when Rodri broke out.

What is Son's injury? We could do with him on the bench for the final. Without Maddison we lacked any senior cool in the attack. United or Bilboa will be favorites. Bilbao with home advantage is a big plus, United dead and buried, with fuk all to lose. And us, slightly under the radar with our defense restored, we should give it everything and win.
I do worry about our attack and how shy we look. No one really stepping up, plenty ready to fluff lines. Somehow Ange needs to get the attack a bit more confident and determined to score.
