This the match where Ange actually showed he could adapt. why the hell didn't he do it earlier? Has the penny actually dropped with him? I'd love it to work with him honestly, I don't have any beef with him personally just his tactical approach and his previously unwillingness to fudging adapt and adjust.

Yup, moment of madness from their goalie to gift us a pen plus that taco Kristensen missing sitters but maybe just the luck we need to rescue something from this season. Hopefully 3 more good cup games left in this team and can play the reserves in PL now that bottom 3 is almost impossible.

A lot of lads deserve credit. Thought the likes of Bentancur and Tel played very well. Thought Udogie was magnificent bettered only by Bergvall who was imperious. 19 years of age and he blocked every ball and directed play towards the end. If he was on commission for every block or clearance tonight, he can retire already.

Hats off and humble pie for me which I’ll gladly eat.
