I've seen much better abominations to be honest. This is fudging offensive.

Thought we'd get whacked last week but we'd pull a result out of this Sunday. Chelsea was even more grim than I anticipated. Was fudging despondent up to Tuesday this week but, fudge it, its Tottenham. You gotta believe or there is no point.

This will finish 1-1 or 2-1 to us.

Might be a good thing given we have a bunch of young players. Sure Harry Kane was on the verge of being sold to Poole Town for a set of goal posts and a Choc Ice until Tactics Tim stepped in and showed us the way.

Can't see a win, we couldn't even do it when we were a far better side under Poch. Had quite a few games there where we went in front, sometimes by 2-0 and still didn't win. The match where we led 1-0 sticks in the mind as the main one that got away. As one goal leads go we were VERY comfortable and yet their young left back at the time (can't remember his name, moved on to WBA) equalised near the end, another player who almost never scores managed one against us.
Want to be positive as it's usually my nature but we've failed so many times there my positivity has been drained.
2-0 them, happy to be totally wrong.
 
I'm feeling weirdly optimistic today. Thought we saw a lot of good signs against Wolves. Arsenal are brick. Gil will run them ragged - hope he starts.
 
The funny thing is we have all been saying all season The scum are brick. Sadly there’s not much in it between us and them. We always lose there and expect to lose again.

Come May we will both be fighting over similar positions in the league I have no doubt.

And they always raise their game for us, they’ve become West Ham.

We’ll be brick again tomorrow, they’ll be brick too but they’ll nick it with a set piece or a soft penalty.

I’m not sure that they do raise their game against us particularly. Not like the caravan club do, anyway. It’s not a team or a club with enough identity to care about rivalries anymore, or to notice when a match seems more important than normal to the febrile fans.
