Still our second highest scorer (behind Maddison by one) and I believe top assister. He has really given a stoic performance tonight. Why can't we be grateful for what he's given us tonight instead of covering old ground we know? Two goals tonight and given every last ounce. Good stuff!!!!!

Hard to argue with that! I think people, myself included, wanted him subbed for looking knackered out there, not because anyone dislikes Son. How could anyone? Really well taken goal, and I'm happy to hold my hands up and say it was obviously the right thing to keep him on!

Begs the question why we still haven’t recruited another CF, as the coaches must’ve known that since last summer plus Richarlison’s injury woes are long standing.

Look with our current squad, that is a good result. Was terrible how we came out second half, only them being zhit allowed us to ride our luck. Wouldn't mind a change in manager tbh. We have lost our identity during this injury crisis. A bit like with Poch, we started out a pressing side, then as the manager tries to adapt and compromise with less pressing, we are not sure what we are and how to play.
