Tottenham Hotspur (t-6th, 19ptsFulham (t-9th, 18pts)
Tottenham went into the most recent international break on a run of three defeats from their last four, including back-to-back losses to Galatasaray and Ipswich Town.
They bounced back in style though, beating Emirates Marketing Project 4-0 before securing a 2-2 draw with Roma leaving their automatic Europa League qualification hanging in the balance.
As for Fulham, they sit one point and three places below Spurs in the table after taking seven points from their final three games before the international break but falling to a 4-1 loss against Wolves.
Whilst their form has been inconsistent, Fulham have been able to keep within touching distance of the top four, with just four points separating them from the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea.
Injuries and suspensions:
Bentancur. Wilson Odobert. Micky van de Ven. Guglielmo Vicario and Cristian Romero (doubtful). Mikey Moore?
Injuries and suspensions:
Harrison Reed, Joachim Andersen (doubtful) and Sander Berge (doubtful)

Ange Postecoglou is not going to rule out the prospect of Cristian Romero returning to action this weekend just yet, but it is unlikely.

Ahead of taking on Fulham on Sunday (kick-off 1.30pm UK), Ange spoke to the media at his pre-match press conference on Friday morning and was asked about the chances of any of our sidelined players returning to action - and our Head Coach gave an update on Cuti.

Having gone into Thursday night's Europa League clash with AS Roma with six players sidelined through injury, Ange admitted that, looking ahead to our return to Premier League action, it is only our Argentine centre half which we can hope to see back in action, however, it is 'unlikely' that he will be available

"Romero is closer (to returning), he is probably the closest," Ange explained. "He's probably unlikely, but I'm not ruling him out, he's still got to get through some things today and the session tomorrow.

"From last night, at this stage, it is a clean bill of health. Mind you, I thought that last week and then I had a guy in surgery (Guglielmo Vicario) an hour later... I think everything is alright from last night."

That means Micky van de Ven, Richarlison, Wilson Odobert, Mikey Moore and Guglielmo Vicario all remain sidelined while Rodrigo Bentancur is suspended.

Ange was also asked about Dominic Solanke after the striker looked in some discomfort following a second-half challenge from Mats Hummels in Thursday's draw with Roma.

But our Head Coach confirmed that, while the forward may have been a bit sore following the tackle, he should be fine for the weekend.

"He's fine," Ange said. "He is a bit sore. He's working hard for us but, at this stage, (there's) nothing too significant (injury wise)

Doubtful he will get one with Fulham 1st, Bournemouth 5th, Chelsea 8th, Rangers 12th, Saints 15th, United 19th
Mental run with the injuries we have

Delighted to be proved wrong but does anyone believe we have the squad to play twice a week? Even assuming there are no more injuries and suspensions, I struggle to see more than two wins there - does anyone see us going on a winning run when we are so open and easy to play against?

We might do if we weren’t already so hit by injuries. But we start those matches with a decimated squad so it’s running low already. We don’t have much beyond our backups but neither do most teams.

As others have said, December is going to go a hard month of fixtures and will be a further test of Ange's management...

If some of the players are looking tired then I think we should adapt our playing style accordingly.... Angeball relies on constant high energy and if the team are knackered alter the style and play to what would be our current strengths....
