They were always going to win today v Saudi Sportswashing Machine, at home, against a Rafa led side.

They always were.

I am more concerned that they're currently 6 points clear of both of us and, unlike the first few seasons under Klopp, when they were exciting and played rush football, they are far more controlled currently and are on course to have the PL's best ever defensive record, which is galling as hell.

Honestly, the media tossfest if they win it will be intolerable. I'll be so happy I'm not in the UK anymore if they do win it. :)

Time to rest Kane and Eriksen. Get Lamela and Llorente on.

And given our lack of CMs, Skipp for Sissoko as well
Mostly agree.

Not on Sissoko though. Take him off, and the whole house of cards will collapse. :)

Let's control this game and finish off the chances that come our way - was what I wrote earlier today

we have this very nice balance between controlling tempo and finishing at the moment, not just this game, but overall that has shown in the last few games. with change of players - giving me goosebumps

Liverpool are always going to win their home games against the bricker teams. Its away where they will slip up. They will lose atleast 2 from now until yhr end of the season.

Eriksen has it all now, such a complete player. It would be a massive blow if we lost him.

Poch's quote didnt sound good, but equally why would a manager (particularly one who is great with PR) publicly say that one of his best players could leave in Jan? it would invite bids for him

...and lets see how many points they get from the next two games as well. Plausible that they only take 1 point

Classic goal......when you're bang in form and almost pi.ssing around, it still all goes for you...when insidei you're laughing your nuts off at the calamity of it.
