This is where we really lack an on-field leader to give the players a gonad*ing. Imagine if you had a Roy Keane personality in CM - this half-hearted, abject performance just wouldn't be allowed

I don't buy that. We have players in our squad who have grown up playing it. It needs to be implemented; we can't just say 442 all the time because we're too thick to do anything else.

We HAVE to be able to play other formations. But i agree, they are getting well on top now.
