I'm a real supporter mate, not a plastic middle class prawn sandwich eater. I have been attending games since 1971. I have travelled abroad 13 times to see Spurs, including the CL final. I now live many hours from London, but had a season ticket for 20 years, but still attend half a dozen games a season. I absolutely hate all this woke stuff with players taking the knee, I hate the fact the stadium is full of tourists who don't add to the atmosphere, and believe the fun days were when it was primarily a working mans day out. We get to the area at least 3 hours before kick off, drink copious amounts of beer, sing our hearts out, then have many more pints of beer afterwards. I somehow suspect you arrive at the stadium shortly before kick off, buy a program, and gently clap when we happen to score a goal. Leave shortly before the game ends, go home and have a nice cup of tea. This my friend is why the atmosphere has died
