They’re miles better than us and would be even without our injuries, so I fully understand and accept a defeat here. What worries me though is how meek and accepting we are. Our passing is beyond pathetic and I don’t recall us winning a single 50-50 ball. It’s a bit like how I expect the Spurs v Tamworth tie to look. The difference, though, is that Tamworth competed better than we have tonight and the gulf in class between opponents looks more pronounced here than it did in that FA Cup tie.

Yes, I fully expected us to lose tonightm, been predicting 3-0 at work all day (including predicting Liverpool would nailed on be awarded a pen), but I thought we might show a little more fight bearing in mind what was at stake
