This is the thing. Arsenal wouldnt dare go to Anfield and go 3-1 down (presuming its half time and still that score?). We are miles off being a top club again, if we ever were one. The fact we cannot win at Anfield, and the last one I bloody went to, only time I have been to Anfield, what 14 years ago? We have the mentality of a mediocre club, to dare is to very much not to do.

Ive seen worse squads go up there and defend well and look organised enough to be hard to break down.
 
Don’t even know why I’m watching this junk. It started well but we continue making the same mistakes again and again. We haven’t learned all season. Do we even have coaches?! Do we review how the opponent plays?!

Absolutely done with how we are this season. If we win the Europa league it says far more about the quality of team in it than about us being anything remotely close to being good.

I said it about halfway through the season that we had lost to every decent team we had played not in crisis apart from Villa and....nothing has changed.
 
I just do not understand how you can keep setting your team up like Ange does. You have a large enough sample size to know it doesn’t work. Especially against Liverpool. We know he can change, as in the Brentford game and Frankfurt away. But no, let’s put our head in the noose again! It seems insane from outside, GHod knows what the players think.

Probably more a lack of the other teams finishing, or them being brick on the day. I dont think it was our actual defending, maybe we were trying to shoot in defence resulting in blocked shots from the opposition.

Mediocre ownership leads to mediocre leadership which leads to a mediocre structure and thus where we are today.
