*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Leicester City ***

With a full team, we are crushing Leicester. Make no mistake about that. Today's squad was the weakest we have had in a while.
If the squad was at it's weakest then you set out accordingly. 1-0 at HT, make sure we are solid and don't cough up any easy chances. Get Two midfielders to sit and protect the back 4, which is weak. Have Porro sit as well, not missing hald way up the pitch every time there is an attack.
Yes, he's been dealt a poor hand but he is playing it so badly.

I have accepted it. The only way I see a hint of hope is a new manager bounce at some point. The trigger should have been pulled weeks ago and given the new manager a full transfer window so bring in what he needed to stop the rot.

Its too late now, even if a new man comes in he will have to work with this broken squad. We now have to hope Wolves and Ipswich dont start picking up points to help us out
I've been cheering on their opponents for weeks , except for yesterday of course although I wouldn't have been unhappy with a draw for wolves.

A competent manager has us mid table with the injuries, a competent manager doesn't get us in this situation with injuries and we're top 6 minimum. Can blame Levy for overseeing the appointment of a useless manager though 100%, but not for our league performances this season under this absolute charlatan

He (Levy) has made so many brilliant commercial decisions and yet so many poor football decisions, the asymmetry is unreal. The overall trajectory over the last 5-6 years since Poch was sacked is mainly downward, stagnation at best. I think you can also pin the appointment of Scott Munn squarely on Levy.

Fair dos mate, there are never any nastiness here, just some sarcasm and trying to point out my thoughts of why I think Ange is awful etc. Happy for people to counterargue them, but in all honesty I am just fed up now of watching Spurs.

My 7 year old boy supports Liverpool and I may have to help him do that in all honesty.

Funny thing is I tried posting this image at half time and said "I thought about changing the badgers round as ever since the summer when I installed them, we have been crap, if we lose 2-1 I certainly will." But the images were too big for the server so I couldnt post.

Now Im posting, does anyone want 2 and a half walls from my mancave before I tear the brick down? Thought since I did all this in there back in 2021 we would have some luck...

Nice cave! I've tried making my son a Spurs fan as well, took him to a game some time ago as well - but he isn't even into football, the little scronk.

But we got go karts, nfl and beyonce. I love you levy!
1 away win in 14 matches
2 goals in the last 7 league games
Have conceded at least 2 goals for the last dont-know-how-many games
Concede 70% of their goals in the 2nd half

Dr Tottenham in full effect today

Completely and utterly embarassing defeat

I'm worried. We got Chelsea and Pool away. So another 2 losses already there. We don't so draws. So not beating Brentford. That's 16 losses and we got Ipswich away...so I'm backing us to lose there.
I've been talking about it since early December.

If even the amazing Ange ball could become a success, I fear we're in the mental position where a new manager bounce is needed.
Maybe Ange is the become of terrible injuries*, but we've all seen this story before and know how it goes.

*Not my view, but one I'm happy to hear expressed

Porro was at fault in the week as well. It's literally every single game. He simply can't defend for brick and he's a coward in the air. The last sort of character you want in a relegation fight or taking a slender lead up to a fortress like Anfeld.

Cheers man, its so depressing though. I turn those 2 lights on the badgers every game and they just bring us no joy.

I sit in there on my own miserable, my son wont watch it with me yet he absolutely loves playing football right now. It is all very depressing for me.

I have left all of my spurs whatsapp groups as well so you lot are all I have currently.
