Are they, though? A lot of people have have been saying that, but it's not like the need to score 2-3 goals to progress. They need just one goal and will have a whole 90 minutes to get it.
Allegri knowing that Spurs will likely play their game and seek to control the game and knowing what a good counterattacking side we are, I wouldn't be surprised if they actually sat deep and solid to ensure that first and foremost they did not concede. Because then they would really have to open up, which I don't think is their style. They would then look to hit us on the break and only if the score is still level after 60-70 minutes would the actually open up and seek to attack more. So I could just as easily see them playing the counterattacking game to start with and only reverting to taking control of the game in the later stages.
EDIT: I noticed you mentioned this scenario in a later post. I think it's the most likely one.
