OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project ** Saturday 23 November 2024

It must have been said already but Sarr, what a player. Been a nuisance today.

Bold from Ange shifting Kulu back to the right and madders (two beautiful finishes tbf) back in, it's paid off and great to have both Johnson and Werner in reserve..

I am amazed we didn't concede a lazy goal to make everything seem more nervy than it should be for half time.

This is why I hate football. I've been relaxed about this game all day. Why? Because I was fully expecting a comfortable defeat so no need to stress...

But now, with the slight whiff of a result, I'm a nervous wreck.

Thanks Spurs.
Worth putting £10 on City (as we all know what could happen). So if it does at least drowning your sorrows cost nothing.

If we win....the high comes free.

I would be tempted to take Son off and bring one of them on to get into the space behind City. Son of 2 seasons ago would exploit that, but his pace is slowing down now (naturally)

When we played Liverpool in the CL Final I was tempted to put a £1000 on Liverpool to win, thinking that the £500+ return would ease the pain of defeat

Would I pay a £1000 to see Spurs win the big one in my lifetime, yes, but I bottled it

Looking back I think the profit would not have eased it, but like you say, at least I could have drunk the pain away I suppose
