OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v AZ - Thursday 24 October at 8pm **

I think Moore and Bergvall are more disappointing than Werner tbh. Moore seems a bit selfish so far, Hasn't looked to put a single ball in the box yet. Bergvall is also playing way too safe, especially when you see the clips of how he played in Sweden. Oh well, Hopefully better 2nd half
Moore has played better out on the left and that is where he played for the U18's etc... Move him out Left bring Johnson on.

Take Werner off.

Just not quick enough and when teams break, you can see the pattern to how they play, we are just chaotic and all over the place.

We have played some nice stuff, but it has all been toothless and very very few real chances as we don't no what to do against deep defence.

One of the things that I liked about the Saudi Sportswashing Machine game was that shot from range, which we need to do a lot lot more often.

Thou dost proclaimed too loudly in the first half so good to see you resort to form with this negative summation.

Yes, and that would mean 9 first teamers got some rest/rotation

This is clearly a calculated risk, if it works, how we played in first 60 minutes doesn't really matter.

There's no way the 'B' team are going to look nearly as cohesive as our starting 11. Richie is just getting his feet back under him. Maddison is still scraping away the mental scar tissue after being subbed at half time against Waste Ham. We don't have the attack-from-the-back savvy of Porro or Romero.

So, to have this group just working away and the only benefit so far is to wear down Alkmaar's starters and keep it clean, then that's just fine. If we're subbing in starters around 60 mins with the score level, then we'll have a great chance to win.

When did patience become a four-letter word?

It’s exactly how we should use these games
