***OMT Tottenham Hotspur Football Club v Nottingham Forest***

That was fantastic!
And so enjoyable. I don't think I've enjoyed football highlights as much as that for at least 15 years.

The kits
The massive name on the coaches Training top
The utterly chaotic, but equally skillful, football
The Argie Bargie
That ball! Just looking at it you can feel the sting of slapping skin on a cold winters day when someone pelts it at ya
Not one player rolling around because coughed near them
Armstrong playing just after having his wisdom teeth out! That's ballsy.
Huge shout-out to allll those haircuts and tash's

By today's standards - about 47 yellow cards and 8 reds. Although 3 of those are just for Dave Coaches.
Definitely looked a penalty for Forest....they didn't even moan. Francis just got up and carried on.

I hope more people would watch some of these old games, they might understand why I don't feel the same about the game as I once did,
Sure its slower at times and there are mistakes and chaotic but it was entertaining and full of honest endeavour, no play acting, surrounding the ref or stupid posing for cameras. Modern game too sterile and entrapped in systems.

I love this! Who’s taking the initiative? We should have it all season round.

I honestly don't know, it's not my thing.

Feels like victim blaming to me. "Well we told you fans that you had to support us enough, you didn't and now we're relegated, all because you weren't positive enough."

It's a bit like blaming a poor kid who didn't get anything for Christmas on him because he just didn't believe in Father Christmas enough.

I'm there for Sunday and I will support the team, I wouldn't boo but there might be an unavoidable tut or groan because I'm a human being, like the rest of the fans. Either muzzle us or accept it won't all be positive. I won't have people abusing players, but if something is brick, you can call it brick. We're not getting paid to be there, if the players desperately need cheerleaders, GHod help us but I'm sure the NFL links will come in handy.

I agree with everything written and the one main thing I would add is the fantastic commentary by Brian Moore.... For me, he was the best football commentator of all time.

I wonder whether Wolves fans need the same initiative to unite their club, considering they’re the only PL team who’ve picked up fewer points than us at home over the past 24 months…

Agree 1,000%.

Hoddle would be considered a tough guy by today’s standards.

I was at that game as a young lad.
Didn’t see the goal as I was behind some seemingly very tall men, kick from Aleksic yes but not the 2 headers and THAT volley!
Brother heard the goal was special and asked me about it. Luckily the cameras were there so I said, wait and see tomorrow! 😎

This week we have seen an incredible show of unity and support from across our fanbase, driven by the clear message that we are all together, always.

Supporters, players and staff alike have shared this rallying call ahead of Sunday’s fixture against Nottingham Forest – and this message will ring through N17 on matchday as we create an unforgettable atmosphere for the ages.

With kick-off set for 2.15pm, we’re inviting all fans to arrive early and get involved – full details of what’s in store can be found below.

We thank all of the fans and supporter groups who have made this moment possible, including the brilliant volunteers at THFC Flags who are behind our stadium’s most memorable visual displays.

Wear something white

To create a powerful visual effect in the stadium, supporter groups are encouraging all fans to wear something white to the game. We’re supporting this message – so with mild, sunny weather expected on Sunday afternoon, pick out your favourite home shirt from down the years to create a sea of Lilywhite through the stands.

THFC Flags display

THFC Flags will be ramping up the atmosphere with an incredible display of flags throughout the ground. Several large waver flags will be on display in the South Stand and volunteers will be on hand to distribute ‘All Together, Always’ banners to fans throughout the stadium. Chequered flags will also be placed across the lower section of our South Stand for supporters to wave. As these flags belong to THFC Flags and will be re-used at future games, please support them by returning them to the green collection bin in Block 248, or leave them in your seat, at the end of the game. THFC Flags is a fan-led organisation who have made the fantastic displays we’ve so often seen at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium possible. Early bird drink offer - buy one, have one on us!

To thank fans for arriving early on Sunday, we’ll be offering a free drink with every drink bought between 12.15pm and 1.30pm across all areas of the stadium. Beer, cider and soft drinks are included in this offer, with fans able to purchase up to two paid drinks (4 in total) per transaction. Fans intending to greet the players’ coach for its arrival are encouraged to enter the stadium in good time to make use of this offer.

Fan Zone

A dedicated Fan Zone will be located on the South podium, outside the South Stand. Activities will begin at 12.15pm and continue during the build-up to kick-off, with fans able to enjoy interviews with Spurs Legends, music from Luke Carey and the Voice of Spurs, James Black, and more.

BBC reporting that a 64 year-old recently retired man was this evening rushed into a London hospital suffering from the effects of severe shock.

Sometimes they can’t win.

Do nothing - “we’re sleep walking to relegation”

This week, they’ve conjured up a few ideas to get everyone right up for it for what is our most important game of the season.

Personally, I’m right behind it.

Me too. 100%. And no one is blaming anyone for anything with this. It’s the opposite of that imo - and it could have a long-term positive impact on the atmosphere at the stadium.
