Notice how for Richie's header he tried to flail his neck muscles and whip his head and totally missed it.
Then for Mbeumo's header he just kept his neck strong and his body stiff and bumped it straight in the corner.
That's what I was wanging on about the other day; for headers, treat your body as a concrete bollard.
