*** OMT: Spurs vs Sunderland*** Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Sunday 4th January, 3pm

Great news about them having 6 players at AFCON. That could work in our favour today.

Noticing our 2 midfield guys are playing each other in the quarters on Friday. One will be coming home, unless it's Biss of course. He'll probably just stay there and take in some fun in Casablanca.
Hasn't looked like they've missed them. They've looked good regardless. Lots of dirty tricks though! Holding, kicking, shoving constantly, and if the ref allow them to, we'll struggle.

Looking at that, I wonder if we might do a bit of changing formations throughout the game, swapping from 4-2-3-1 to 4-4-2 and back so keep their players thinking and wondering

Thats nailed on. This could be a really scrappy game, but if it has to be a scrappy 1-0 win with a winner going in off Tels backside, i will take it. 3pts again today would be great

Also like that he's gone for Tel, who shows enthusiasm for playing everytime he is on the pitch no matter how little minutes he is bought on for, his attitude is spot on - especially in comparison to Muani.

Odobert and Tel like playing together, could be a good watch....

At the game today. I taking the little man to his first match. Let's hope I keep up my minimum 3 goal winning appearance record for this season. 🤣

On a more serious note, looking at the starting 11 it feels like Frank has heard some of criticism but also has noticed the fault obvious problems himself. Davies in for Spence on the left (although I would have probably started Spence on the right), Kudus moved centrally because none of the faux AMs have really worked in Xavi's absence and Kudus is an option there. No Muani on the left (that doesn't work) and Tel has looked lively in his very cameos. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
