Yes. Because we're essentially incapable of playing through their high press.they are only playing that way because we are letting them
Remember that game here a few years ago, and the players were all luvvy duvey, laughing at joking with their players. No fire or passion that day, and look like we are lacking it again today.
Liverpool could be on a 10-match losing run and we would still lose here

Play over it. But we don't have the pace to exploit all that space when they press.Yes. Because we're essentially incapable of playing through their high press.

Sure, we could go complete Pulis in these games. Not my preferred solution though.yeah, we shouldn't be trying too

Sometimes you have to mix it up - even if only to make them know we have the option and thus make them a bit fearful of the long ball counter.Sure, we could go complete Pulis in these games. Not my preferred solution though.
I think its more Liverpool dropping back a bit. They know they gave up chances to maybe they want to protect the 2-0 lead.Davies still looking isolated. I don't know what a Poch has changed?
Yes. And Sissoko - I'd have thought this was his type of game.Well, we have N'Koudou, but Poch thinks he has the plague or something - no other reason why he won't put him on with the rest of the lads.
Gegenpressing is physically a hard one. They defenitely will tire but it probably will be too late for us. We need to add pace on the left wing NOW.It will be interesting to see if Liverpool tire from the pressing -although they always have Mane on the counter. I notice they appear to be dropping off a bit more.
Can we at least make McManaman shut the fudge up?
