Yep. A team is a product of the manager and his implementation of his ideals/tactics/philosophy whatever - at least after X amount of time.
I'm sick to death of watching Son in general, and then I remember that he's the fudging captain and it winds me up. Our young players such as Bergvall show more balls and try and drive us forward more than him. It's not his fault, he's just on the decline and not the personality type required of a good captain, this is very much on Ange for choosing such a ridiculous leadership team....

I actually agree with that. It’s not a lot of the players I dislike. It’s how they are currently playing. It’s a horrible watch with little to no pleasure.
I like a lot of the components - acid test will be how we fare under a different manager.
I missed the cupping of the ear thing, but that for me should be telling Levy it's time to call it a day. He simply can't be doing that, I've defended him when he's getting abused/deliberately wound up but responding like that to a standard chant of 'you don't know what you're doing' to our own fans, and all because we had 'equalised' is mind boggling.....

I did find it frustrating at the end though when Chelsea just slotted back into a 4-5-1. You know that there isn't a single Ange tactic that can break down a parked bus. It just doesn't work if we can't pull them into our half and then find the open space in theirs to work with.
