Ffs we can't defend crosses to save our lives

There is a huge discomfort from so many of our players on the offside asks in the system. It requires a huge amount of discipline that goes against the natural instincts of dropping to defend. Looks great sometimes. It actually worked there even though it all looked a mess.

Nor do we have a structure or firm foundation or organisation. Oh and terrible decision making. Just a shambles all round from the players to the coaching but it’s not the system apparently.
