OMT: Spurs v Chelsea Thursday, 8pm at Stamford Bridge

It comes very unnaturally to Romero to hold an offside line on the halfway line. VDV much less so. Without the offside directive one would mark and one would drop. I get what you're saying about leadership and communication, but it is also tactical. Thing is, we've seen the flag go up so many times in that same situation.
They weren’t holding an office line
To do that you have to be head of the opposition
The fact neither took charge and attempted or even mark their player says a lot about the players

I mean we are going to Stamford Bridge playing wide open. Simple balls over the top cutting right through us again. Unsure what to say about this anymore.....its going to be a long evening I fesr

Yeah they were holding, but Jackson wasn't so stupid to go too early. I think he started in his own half. That's the danger of playing lines this high. You have nowhere to step up to.

They weren’t holding anything
They weren’t even in line
It was poor
And the fact neither took charge is really bad on them
