2bh Romero has liked a rash lunge since he got here. One of the reasons i have never rated him. I could never play CB or DM with him as my partner or behind me. Never know what the c*nt is going to do in any given situation.
VDV i have never rated as a defender. He looked good under Ange as he wasn't asked to defend for any length of time. Basically, VDV nor Romero, nor any of our defenders bar Danso have any defensive discipline, concentration, tactical or situational awareness. Even 4/5 squad fullbacks are converted wing backs. We've tried to build our entire squad on foundations of sand for 5 years.
Look at the Poch era, our goals conceded column was in the 20s one season. Its foundational.
