Good performance. Were helped by Southampton being horrible defensively (one of the reasons I never wanted Pochettino, incidentally: he had similar problems at Espanyol) but we needed to take advantage of those errors and we did. Good to see passes going into the box, crosses going into the six-yard area and cut-backs going to the penalty spot, all indicative of movement and purpose (a sea change from shooting from 40 yards every single damn time), and delighted for Temporary Tim, Ade and young Bentaleb, who wasn't bad, all things considered. Props must go to Walker (he was magnificent) and Soldado for persevering despite his horrendous luck and plain bad finishing.
