Away from home, I'd still like a mix of AVB and this system, perhaps leaning more to AVB's, we were doing well away, even if we were a bit boring.

At home however? Yes, I can certainly see this kind of system doing some damage.

So pleased for Ade, like a new signing - I hope he carries it on (hopefully the AVB experience will make him do it for the whole season).

Amazing what we can achieve when we utilise our full squad. Big result against an excellent side. We may not get away with being so open against the top sides but perhaps that wasn't helped with having only 1 fit centre back. Great to create chances.

Forget the win...it's the manner of the performance. Did you see how many of our guys were in the box when we attacked? did you see how the players kept switching positions causing mass confusion to Southampton?

We played a very attacking style and we still managed to control the game...what was the possession count? we created chances galore.
 
So many positives today, we finally look like a team and there is talent in this squad.

If Ade decides to play, and help out sherwood, then we'll be fine!

Need to sort out defence though, dawson is really ****.
