Omar Marmoush

Didn't really know much at all about Marmoush but succumbed to the temptation to watch a YouTube video and I now I really want us to sign him. Not sure that he's exactly what we need but I'd love to see him reproduce some of those skills in a Spurs shirt.

I think the current equation is that if we sign Marmoush, Sav and Gakpo then we will be 2 over non-HG quota. Logically Simons would be one who misses out and it is also the reason why we'll see Sarr leave.

I have a feeling that the pressure on the next non-HG shirts will include Richi along with perhaps Bentancur and Kulu depending on whether the latter can get going again. I don't think Richi's shirt will be under pressure until January when it might be logical to move him on.

Dom is the more interesting one. He is homegrown and Roberto may want to see if he can get him going again. Is RDZ's style much different from Iraola who definitely got Dom going?

What I found most interesting is Roberto saying he would prefer a 21/22 man squad rather than a 24/25 man squad. That's the harder part to interpret when thinking about these permutations.
