Might be rehashing an old debate here, not 100% sure but....

I finally caved in to pressure regarding Breaking Bad. The premise was enjoyable but I stopped watching mid way during the third season due to lack of enthusiasm with it.

One scene which really kind of started my dislike of it was the crackheads that robbed one of Jesse's dealers when he goes round to get the money back. The messed up house with the kid living in squalor. The depictions of the addicts to me was a cartoon-esque attempt of that situation and seemed to be taking the ****. The whole ATM premise was bull**** and the effort to show the pain and suffering of what drugs can do to people was missed completely.

Also the dramatic decisions that are immediately changed are complete ****e. Walter at one point burning 200k then seconds later thinking ok maybe not and puts it all in to the pool. Jesse ranting at Walter declining his offer to work together for the chicken guy shouting bitch this bitch that maybe two scenes later calls Walter and is like "ok I'm in".

The thing I did like about it was that it visually was shot well, with a focus the new mexico scenery but the effort to suspend belief for stupidity from the characters, Jesse being a big example but also Walter's wife not really asking proper questions about where he had been

Anyone who thinks Breaking Bad is the best show in the world really needs to watch the Wire to get more of a perspective on drugs and the like in my opinion.

Yeah but.....SCIENCE BITCH!

To be fair I did enjoy that moment. And I didn't hate the show, just maybe after hearing about it from so many people it does put a lot of pressure on it.

I thought it was great, I did binge watch it in a matter of two weeks... all five seasons

Make sure you watch House of Cards or ill punch you in the face

Rejoice, aficionados and connoisseurs of fine television. For the final season of Justified has begun. And The Americans follows soon after.

=P~..miss all the Suits' women..kept deliriously happy by Abigail's graphic interweb *cough* appearances *cough* though..

I started watching Girls last night. Really good, very funny in a subtle Woody Allen-esque way

It certainly is. have watched from Day 1. Currently, season 4 just started. have a relatively huge boner for Allison Williams. i think she is absolutely gorgeous.
