Thought this one was pretty decent, quick, to the point, passes, goals and a bit of skill (odd music choice though):

The trap, turn and pass at 1:45 is lovely, followed by a lovely long shot in the next clip after a pass from Caulker. Could see both of them at Spurs next season then :)

He moves a bit like Carrick.

And I have to say, just looking at the way he strikes, traps and controls the ball, his technique looks stunning.

He's got a really strange way of striking the ball. Generates huge amounts of dip though - clearly someone who works on free kick/corners a lot.

That struck me as well, both for set pieces and normal shots he's capable of getting a lot of front spin (?) on the ball to get a lot of dip, although going by some of the shots he's also very capable of shooting straight with just pure power.

Great ball striking technique with both feet and a real right footed set piece expert, that will be valuable as well.

Honestly, cannot say I have an opinion on the guy. Maybe I should have kept a closer eye on him last season - I remember his goals on MotD, but not much else.

But I will say that for AVB to make him his first signing is some compliment, given that last year at Chelsea AVB would have been able - in theory, anyway - to buy just about any player in the world and would thus have a bulging dossier on players. And yet he chooses Sigurdsson first up. That's quite something.

Although this is (probably) AVB's first signing I don't think this is number 1 priority target, so to speak. Deals just happen at different paces for various reasons and this is just the first one across the line.

Like you I have no real opinion on the guy as bar a few MOTD highlights I haven't been zoning in on the player all that much.

Anybody got a link to a RAWK thread on this for a giggle?
