Forgot about Falque, anybody think he'll play more under AVB?
Good to hear that AVB and the coaches are letting them have it. I do think our fitness has been mediocre under Harry.
Raymond Verheijen is completely against this. Thinks that players should be eased into pre season and that its stupid to go from a period of no training to high intensity, as you're liable to get injuries in pre season.

"I honestly can not believe everything I hear and read about players being run into the ground during the first few weeks of pre-season. Why?"

"After period with lowest training load (off-season) players go straight into period with highest load (pre-season). Why no gradual build up?"

"No wonder many teams hit an injury crisis in pre-season. And injuries have negative effect on playing style development. No injuries! TEAM!"
