**Official Other Games Thread, Season 2012/13**

No chance, Fergie will be thinking its a chance to knock one of AFC / CFC out of the CL places

I don't think Fergie gives a brick who gets into the CL to be honest. He might see it as a good chance to give some of the younger lads a go now the that the title is won. I recall them securing the title with a few games to go some years ago, and they lost their last three games or something. Even we managed to beat them, and we were truly brick back then.

And even if Fergie should have the motivation, he doesn't play the game himself. If the players are not up for it, or if they are not properly prepared, then they won't get a result against Arsenal who are in great form with everything to play for. I think it is psychologically almost inevitable that the players' motivation will drop to some extent when the title is already won.

That goal will probably get RVP goal of the season and player of the season. Or have the votes for both already been cast?

Absolute world class finish though. And the movement before the goal as well - not to mention the pass. Brilliant.

Now repeat it against Arse, please!

Votes were cast weeks, if not months, ago.

They'll have a guard of honour onto the Emirates pitch as they will be champions and Fergie is talking about going for the record points haul. They may take foot off or they may relax and play sublimely. My gut feeling is Fergie dislikes Wenger enough to push for a big effort on saturday. If the result goes against them and the points target goes then the last few games may be a cruise but think Fergie has too much pride to ever let wenger 'win' against him.

Arcy will be celebrating tonight

I think the most gutted fans in the country will be gooners.
They have just seen where their chance of a title went. They sold him. They wouldn't pony up. They wouldn't do what it took to keep him. Mugs.

Fergie musnt have believed his luck when they agreed to sell him, Wenger basically said 'There you go mate, there is your title back'
