**Official Other Games Thread, Season 2012/13**

Been at the foolham game today. Clucking bell Arsenal are so lucky 2 major decisions went their way Sidwell sending off and Fulham disallowed goal. Need to see them both on motd.

Definite red for Sidwell.
Correct decision regarding offside.

I can't put into words how much I hate Fulham right now. They play out of their skin at the Lane then roll over at home to Chels and Arse. Utter utter tacos.
no they didn't lost Sidwell in the 12th minute but still outplayed arse. Unlucky with a disallowed goal and a pedantic ref.

He doesn't dive in like Rose but he gives away too many needless free kicks, many in dangerous positions.

Walker tends to barge into their backs and push them over, often when near the touchline facing away from our goal. He's far from the only footballer to suffer from this, I just can't understand what goes through their heads at times like that.

He's done this so many times, unbelievable.

Barcelona have on average the highest amount of possession in Europe's top leagues, while Levante have the lowest, so this was no surprise:

Barcelona 0-0 Levante HT: Shots (on Target) 12(6) – 3(0), Pass Success 92% - 62%, Possession 79% - 21%

Sad thing about today's game is that Arsenal have learnt to grind out results better than us. They do seem to get a lot of players sent off against them and early in the game. Perhaps Wengers' whinging over the years has had an effect on referees. Fulham however, performed much better with 10 men against Arse than we did.

Nasty club. Karma working it's magic by dropping them down to Conference North. They'll bounce back, but maybe now they will be a bit more aware of themselves, arrogant door-handles.

Karmas a beautiful thing. Hopefully it'll happen to MCFC some day and your sugar daddy will get bored. Chelsea too for that matter.

The Sheikh is karma or us. We've done our time.

You've mentioned before that you've been through the bad times of the old second division and, as nice a story as it is for you type of fans, the whole footballing world will want to see an implosion with you returning to those days. Before oil man came along you were a 10-15th position team losing 8-1 against Middlesbrough. THAT is City as I know and it's totally a false position your in buying leagues and cups. I know this has been done to death but otta say I'm not envious in the slightest.

That's fair enough. I'm not going to tell you what to think. But we've been laughed at by the whole football world when we were wearing our lead boots, hated isn't so much worse. Besides, I'd rather be the team everyone hates than everyone's 'second team'. It's patronising. People liking us because of the success of the team we hate most. You personally might not be jealous, but a lot of the 'global hatred' is fuelled by jealousy. You can't really deny that.

I can't no. Many are yes. A Chelsea supporting mate of mine, who has a season ticket, says that he's seen it all now and would genuinely not care if they returned to the days pre Abrahimovic. How would you feel?

when were City anyone's second team?

- but yeah this has all been done to death on here with some rather ungraceful City fans before, don't think there's any mileage left in the debate myself anymore. personally i think it's good to have an outside fans perspective on here - maybe you could give your view on the discussion taking place in the 'goodbye top 4 thread'?

Possibly when they were brick, but Kinkladze was somewhat entertaining to watch.
