**Official Other Games Thread, Season 2012/13**

And this is not a good result for Arsenal, they are just 2 points above Chelsea having played 2 more.

Arsenal will get 3pts for sure vs Wigan. But the other 4 are hard games.

Fulham - Arsenal
Arsenal - Manchester United
Qpr - Arsenal
Arsenal - Wigan
Saudi Sportswashing Machine - Arsenal

Great result for Spurs tonight, so long as we can capitalise on the two points dropped by both Arsenal & Everton.

A win against City on Sunday will put us right back on track.

I will be a massive Fulham-fan for the next four days, that's for sure. Chelsea tomorrow, then Arsenal on Saturday. I hope Jol and Berba can do the job.

Think they need 3 more wins. Assume they beat Wigan but not Man U. They then need 2 wins from QPR, Saudi Sportswashing Machine and Fulham

Good result for us tonight. Takes a bit of momentum off Arsenal and also a blow to Everton's hopes of finishing top 4.
They have a tougher run in than us.

Technically, finishing top 3 is now back in our hands although that would mean overhauling Chelsea's GD too. Hammering them 7-0 at Stamford Bridge would do the job though :)

How incredible would it be if Fulham could snatch a point and United could beat them. Would help us tremendously

aslong as we get something against City and away at Wigan yes. Say we realisitcally get 4 points from those games, we'd be 1 point clear of them going into the Home game against Southampton.

There are no easy games at this stage of the season. Arsenal and Chelsea have tough games, as do we. Any slip can be costly. Personally I think we just need to make sure we dont lose against City and Chelsea and then we'll be fine.

Thanks Everton!

Impossible to pick from here on. Just gotta do the business ourselves. Not going to be easy though.

I really don't think so charlie, I think all are tough games. Wigan almost certainly will be battling for survival at that stage still. In some ways, they are the only side who have something to play for too in that:

- Fulham are stuck in mid-table.
- Man U have the title in the bag.
- QPR will probably be down by then
- Saudi Sportswashing Machine will be safe by then.

However, there is a lot of pride at stake for all those sides. Fulham did us when they had nothing to play for, Man U probably will secure the league with a win over Arsenal, Saudi Sportswashing Machine is a tough long journey and their fans will want to end the season on a high - a good way of papering over the cracks. There's no easy games in the Premiership, its full of shocks.

I still remember being absolutely shocked when Wigan defeated Arsenal last year. I just can't see them doing it again but it would be amazing. I don't think the result today will dent Arsenals confidence, they hung on at times and came close to nicking it at the end. Losing to Fulham however could do serious damage, especially with United up the following week.

I like the fact they finish season away to Saudi Sportswashing Machine and we finish at Home to a team on holiday. That for me could be turning point for us.

I said all year long it will be played on last day.

Saudi Sportswashing Machine have a lot to prove and will give a good run for their money. They might even have to survive on the day which could be brilliant for us.

genuinely delighted with that

Why are you genuinely delighted that Cardiff are up, Mr William of Yiddo?

I can't honestly remember the recent history but I have vague recollections of some Far Eastern takeover, large investments, changing their blue shirts to red and calling themselves Cardiff Red Dragons or Kansas City Fire Chiefs or something similar... and Sam Hammam doing something. And a new stadium. Was Hammam at Wimbledon back in the day? Or Fulham? I wish my memory still worked, too much lager. And Pils.
