**Official Other Games Thread, Season 2012/13**

City can now reach a maximum of 92 points if they win every remaining game. Can't see them getting more than 85 really and it would take a monumental collapse by ManU to not beat that.

2-2 ft.

Great weekend for us!

Not a bad week at all. Bearing in mind we had 2 away games on the bounce, we gained 3pts on Chelsea (who had 2 aways themselves if fairness)
Gained 2pts on Liverpool (who did have 2 tougher away games to their credit)
And matched Arsenal and Everton who had 2 home games

2 games nearer the end of the season and lost no ground. As Collymore rightly said tonight, we have 13 more cup finals left, 7 at home. Win against Arsenal and Everton and we could possibly afford to lose at Anfield and Chelsea and still finish 4th.

I love it when a player goes down expecting a foul and the other team keep playing and score

also from today's other game, Reina, lol

Alan shearer is such a ****, best he can come up with is that Sturbridge looks for a team mate to pass to, genius analysis al

Also, Hart looking very dodgy too.

Definitely. I've thought for a long time that the true test for a good goalkeeper is how they react when they get a dip in form. Everyone gets a dip in form, it's easy to be confident and have an air of authority when things are going your way, but how do you bounce back when things aren't going your way?

We've seen a lot of keepers that have taken a long time to get back to their best, or to some extent just faded and never lived up to what they promised at their best earlier in their career.

Real test for Hart.

It'll be interesting to see if clubs pick up on it and start bombarding Hart with long shots the way they started on Robbo back in the day

Sturridge looked brilliant yesterday. He looked more like Suarez than the Sturridge I remember. Great footwork and awareness. You can tell he's full of confidence as I don't think he gave the ball away once. Not sure why Chelsea sold him and kept Torres. Ah, yes, Abramovic.
