Not sure what song that is but I'm glad I don't by the looks of the lyrics. That Bill Withers performance is great, can anyone recommend a particular album to listen to by him? He's another one of those that I'd say I like but have only really heard the singles, and generally getting in to the actual albums (instead of the garden centre 2 quid best ofs) is very rewarding.

I've just got a greatest hits CD, but it has all his hits (though looking at his charting positions he was criminally underrated, especially in the UK).

Still Bill was the biggest commercial success, with 'Lean on Me', 'Who is he', 'Use Me', 'Kissing my love', 'I Don't Know'. But I think side A of 'Just as I am' is the best of him. Those two have most of my favourites.

Might try to find 'live at carnegie hall' as he could rip it live.

7 years today since Arctic Monkeys' "Whatever people say I am that's what I'm not" came out, for me still my favourite album since the 90's...
 
I went to see Tribes in London last night, and had the pleasure of putting them on last Saturday in Bedford. Have to say they are probably one of the most underrated bands about at the moment. Their new material sounds really good too, and could kick them on a level.

I think the new single could potentially be massive and will work at the festivals-

really like that, reminds me of the stuff I listened to in my teens (Primal scream etc)
