Great film, great cast. The trailers IMO made it out to be a bit more action packed then it is so I can see how a film that Is roughly 80% blokes sitting in a room talking about moles and Russians can get iffy reviews from some.

Saw The Iron Lady and also Shame yesterday
Iron Lady - Streep is magnificient. But apart from that, i have to echo the view of many people and say, what was the point of this film now? With in being about a person that is alive, im actually of the view its bordering on quite offensive and insenstive. As far as what the film what trying to do/be - well the political side felt like it was there to take away from the intensity of showing an alive person going through mental illness and the socioligcal side what there to allay the need to have any more than a cursory view at the politics.
(dont even get me started on the mistakes in the political side of things like the incumbant party sitting on the wrong side of the commons)

Found Hell Boy pretty average at best... Not brilliant but not rubbish either.
Iron Lady isn't really my kind of film so may get overlooked... Unless it's on TV and there's nothing else on.
Was thinking of checking out Troll Hunters as i heard it weren't too bad? Anyone seen it yet?

Bought Seven Samurai and Hairikuri (sp and cba to look it up), heard they were worth seeing and I am in the mood for some Samurai action.
Also recently bought Dogma as I heard I should have seen it, yet to watch it. Added Hook and Harry and the Hendersons to my collection at ?ú3 each from amazon, bargain.

Agree with the 50/50 sentiments. Fantastic movie, done really well. That kid from 3rd Rock is a decent actor. Seth Rogen playing Seth Rogen (it's the role he was born to play). But still, very good. And yeah, Anna Kendricks would do nicely thanks.
