Which is what makes the whole competition ridiculous. Obviously teams in the top 4 of the big leagues will be better than the winners of smaller leagues, but the smaller clubs aren't even given a chance anymore with all the money. Them being league winners doesn't make City's group harder, but the country they're from does.
