I've been a Spurs fan since 1991 and an animal rights nutter since around 2000, and it hasn't occurred to me before just now that the little thing on the leg of the logo is the reason we're called Spurs. Never noticed it before! So this is some absolute gonads. Just fudge off and do some real activism already.

According to wiki henry percys nickname of hotspur was given to him by the scots. As a tribute to his speed in advance and reddiness to attack.
