I'm happy with points gained as the reference but the marker for actual genuine improvement/progress that shows we are moving in the right direction isn't as low as 4 - yeah on paper 33 is more than 29 so "improvement" in a pedantic sense, but when you factor in that 29 was lower than it should have been because we were massively underperforming in the first place than 4 more is not "progress" it's just performing at the bare minimum level.

If that's where you're happy to be then fine, crack on - i need to see more than that before i think we're on to a good thing.

And recognising actual improvement on the pitch though

Clearly you are "arguing", the simple facts are that objectively we have bettered last season in terms of points and competition progression.

No, I'm arguing quite clearly, that the improvement on last seasons point total is the bare minimum that i would have expected to see. If we were sitting 10-15 points ahead then that would constitute actual progression that would give you confidence in the setup and the direction we were moving in.

As it is we've just gone from brick to mediocre and below the level we're capable of.

I thought it went without saying that 33>29.

You are going on like the season is over and he will never be able to get more points on the board.

Your agenda is pathetic, and clear to see how you sit by your computer day and night trying to vent your frustrations.

Yes we are not so great but not almost as bad as you make out. I'm sure you enjoyed some good performances this season as I have as well as concerned about some bad performances as I have.

But after a few memorable wins this season were you this excited as you are depressed during this bad spell? I didn't think so.

I was actually quite looking forward to a good season after the summer window and performances early on, not that i have to justify myself to you.

Fair comment on posting a lot, not a lot going on atm for some of us...

And if someones letting their emotions get the better of them it isn't me so carry on having pops from behind your keyboard pal.

I think if/when Jose leaves then it's likely there will be a toxic environment within the camp, so think we'd need a freshen up with someone completely new.

Levy has continually shown a flip flop of methodology, younger and more tactical, older and more experienced, back and forth.

No idea who to go for as manager, but it's time for a DoF and a plan to build a new side.
 
Eddie Howe is immediately available, but would be a gamble.

Would prefer Rodgers, but we just need shot of this cretin now, whoever the replacement is
