Arthur Rowe
He physically resembles Wenger a bit too closely for my liking.
he has managed to zip up his jacket though

I think him and Ten Hag are likely candidates given they've managed bigger teams than the likes of Potter, Parker etc and are both on upwards trajectories with their careers. I could see Levy going for either of them
Random question that in the previous 123(!) pages may have come up, but would Bielsa not be a really good choice, and then bring Poch back in 3 years time?
Does anyone really want to watch an elderly man squatting every weekend?
Interesting point. I heard an interview with one of the Leeds defenders the other day, who credited Bielsa with hugely improving everyone in that team individually. Even through an interpreter, he makes players better. And he coaches a system (or three). And (famously) he rigorously analyses the opposition. Players and managers, including Poch and Guardiola, all speak incredibly highly of him.Random question that in the previous 123(!) pages may have come up, but would Bielsa not be a really good choice, and then bring Poch back in 3 years time?

However, Bielsa famously doesn't win things, and that's what we need. While he's been perfect for Leeds, taking an average bunch of players and taking them up a few levels, I don't think that approach would work with out squad. We'd just end up running out of steam at the end of the season, again. It'd be sexy in the extreme.
More fun than Mourinho-ball though!
I do worry about getting 4th/5th/6th choice managers... I said earlier in this thread maybe a 'shorter term' appointment could change our fortunes over the next year or so until someone we want is actually available. I think the way he has Leeds playing is remarkable bearing in mind the players! Maybe our players look knackered as 'apparently' they are not as fit as they should be for this level!
Alot of our players should be hitting their prime not going backwards! Dele, Winks etc...
yeah ..were complicated allright.......
actually..I think Nuno Espirito Santo is a good Manager..He believes in attacking football...we could do worse!
I've said for a while that Dele's problem is the lack of crowds - he's a performer and wants to show off his skills each week - he was declining before Covid but the empty stadiums really made him flat line.
I wouldn't see Bielsa as being a stop gap - I genuinely think that with the way he improves players, and with our depth of squad (with loan players we have two internationals for each position) we could play Bielsa ball for a full season and win things.

From a footballing perspective, I'm a little hesitant
Would prefer Ten Hag, the Wolfsburg dude and Potter before him
