I think most managers would want somewhere around that amount at Spurs to be fair. You need some sort of carrot to be prepared for the subsequent dent in your reputation.

Seems the facebook (I know,) fans seem to be warming to Rodgers being the next manager.

To be fair, as much as he is disliked on here he ticks almost every box. Brings through youngsters, plays attacking pretty football, will use what he has been given and is apparently good with man management.
