Don’t get the interest in De Zerbi. He’s walked into a very good set up at Brighton and is doing okay, but he’s only been there 5 minutes. His managerial record is patchy and he has an overall win percentage of 40%.

The idea of him being appointed doesn’t do much for me.

Bayern won't be bent to Tuchels wants or needs - they can appoint just as good a manager in the summer, or better.

And the only job going right now may be ours so hardly a worry for them or something Tuchel will jump in to if he's hoping for a call from Bayern

The story above says they are moving Nagelsmann on now which they wouldn’t do unless something exceptional has occurred such as long term target being available and about to take another job

Considering they fleeced Chelsea for 21 million for Potter and some backroom staff I can't see this one progressing.

He has been tinkling the players off regularly with his tactics and wag he has treated them

Unless he has made himself sackable?

Edit : ha timing

Maybe he was close to joining us and wanted him in. Maybe he let them know if they don’t want him now he will be joining Spurs and they will miss out.

Nagelsmann plays a 3 at the back aswell. He likes to change the tactics depending on the side his team are facing which is always nice to see. Change to a 4-2-3-1 against PSG.

As I said before though think we would have to wait until the summer.

Would feel a bit weird to see him walk into another job days after being sacked especially late in a season.
