New Kit?

anyone had a chance to feel what the new material is like? especially the "whirlies" textured part? also curious about the material - UA is supposed to have good tech in their materials, so far our kits just look like regular low tech kits.

I think these companies just use fairly standard material with holes in it to save cost and then say it is a super lightweight active absorbent micro radiating heat conduction layer that will make you run faster and score more goals blah blah and people lap it up every year

It feels quite thin and lightweight. JD would struggle to hide his 1000th goal t shirt under it. If you have dark/prominent nipples we'll soon know...
 
Bought the away on a whim today. Really like it. Also got our 1 1/2 year old the kids top.

They are quite fitted so if you've got a few pounds to hide like me go a size up :)
 
Got mine from sports direct in think they were embargoed until today. Also had the white and blue training tops no yellow

Spot on. Our 2nd kits turned up yesterday, not very generous with these sizes. Looks fine on the missus, but the Large I got was quite tight fitting (no way am I an XL), a month to trim a few summer pounds for me too I think.

The material these days though is wafer thin, cant beat the old-style shirts, much better.
Looks like it will still make it debut at Sunderland though
 
We should sign up with a dodgy betting website. Two advantages:
1) They don't seem bothered about changing their red logo.
2) Being somewhat svelte myself, I can buy the biggest boys size, look ripped and have no logo\o/

Apparently this is from something submitted to UEFA for the Europa League, same as the image a good few pages back of a leaked yellow 3rd shirt.

Woho! \o/ It looks great. And I love the purple goalie's jersey too. We need to sport that yellow shirt as often as we can. Fresh!
