Moussa Sissoko

£30m is way over the top and he's not like for like for Dembele HOWEVER bringing in him would give us the option to maintain physicality in the middle if Dembele isnt there and without having to resort to two DMs

So annoying. He signs for Everton, it looks like we've missed out, when in actual fact we weren't seriously IN for him!

If they sign him and Gueye that's some seriously good business. They've done well this window, I think they'll be a force.

If it really is just £6m a year for 5 years, then that actually isnt awful given that in 5 years time, £6m will be the equivalent of about £2m today given football inflation rates

And keeping my positive hat on, he'll also give us some drive and power through the middle, which is quite different to light-weight players like Lamela, Eriksen, Son and, to a lesser extent, Dele

I've given up looking a transfer fees now they mean nothing. From when Troy Deeney is valued over £30 million what's the point?

Forget the fee or payment structure, where the hell does he fit in to the team!!? He's going to want to be guaranteed first team football surely? But I just can't see how he's going to get much game time given the favoured three are Eriksen / Dele / Lamela. One of those will already be dropped if we decide to go 2 up top with Janssen. Plus we have Son as backup and Onomah clearly liked by Poch. I'm not saying Sissoko isn't better than either of these two, but it is an expensive replacement for a 27 year old.

Unlessssssss…Eriksen really is stalling!?!?!?(

Luke Edwards reports

I have just received this quote from a source at Saudi Sportswashing Machine.

"Tottenham are just messing about with Sissoko, they do it in every single window and [we] haven't sold them a player yet. You'd have thought they'd have learned by now... They are wasting everybody's time."
