If Poch wants him, we *get* him. This needs to go through as a philosophy at the club at some point. If Poch wants him, we *get* him, no questions asked, no second-guessing his value or his worth, no unnecessarily long time spent eking out pennies to the pounds.
If this happens, I'll congratulate Levy on it. Good f*cking job, Daniel Levy. Go out, make deals happen if the boss wants them. You brought him in - back him with who he wants. It's fairer on him, and also allows you as a chairman to judge his worth once you've given him the tools he's asked for, which makes any future sacking/wage rise an accurate reflection of his talent and his time at Spurs, as opposed to an unjustified, undignified muddle as it was with AVB. You can balance the books later, but get the manager's choices.
