Spurs will reportedly offer Joshua Onomah on loan to Fulham to secure the immediate signing of Moussa Dembele. #THFC
This might work.
He's shown a few nice touches but lets not over-hype him. He has potential, but he is very much on the fringes - he doesn't even feature regularly in the Cups, just gets minutes here and there in the main(not being negative, just stating where he is at the moment). Dembele would have a more prominent role to play than Onomah and could be beneficial deal to all parties....I've been quite impressed with Onomah thus far. He plays Poch's pressing game well. I'd be surprised if Poch was happy to let him head out on loan.
My thoughts are that if we somehow end up getting Berahino then we'll sign Dembele and leave him on loan at Fulham. If we don't sign Berahino then we'll end up agreeing a deal where we get Berahino with no loan back to Fulham.
A deal that seems to have been done that I am extremely puzzled at us not being in the mix is Seydou Doumbia on loan to Saudi Sportswashing Machine. He is the sort of player that could've taken the heat off of Kane a little (although perhaps he is Cup tied for the Europa League?)
He has never been on loan has he? Never played 10-15 games at league level week in week out and perhaps the benefit of that would be there for us to see come next season?
Having sold Townsend and loaned out Pritchard I'm not sure it would be wise to also loan out Onomah at this stage of the season?Wont be bad for Onomah to get a few games there. It would definitely toughen him up.

maybe but at least this guy thinks so:Thats a myth, propagandised by Sky and the rest of the media.
maybe but at least this guy thinks so:
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas sold goalkeeper Hugo Lloris to Spurs last summer and then said: “The negotiation with the Tottenham directors has been the hardest I have ever had to undergo in 25 years.“We had people speaking all night with Daniel Levy.“He talks a lot and goes back on what we’ve agreed in writing.”
I don't think he's saying its a myth that Levy is a hard negotiator, that much is obvious. What is a myth is that Levy waits until the final hours of the window then starts trying to do deals which is what is constantly alluded to by the media. This hasn't really happened at all in recent times....maybe but at least this guy thinks so:

Indeed, but it helps get some fans knickers in a twist.
