Mikey Moore

Vuskovic didn't join until this window, he was loaned out twice after his former club got annoyed and said he wouldn't play.

As we couldn't buy him due to EU laws, we agreed with his former club that we would sort out loans for him until he could join us.

We aren't sending Moore out on loan to an EU country though, he is still playing in the country of his passport where there is no restrictions to my knowledge.

Scotland and England are under different FA's, but should really affect anything

We couldn't buy him under fifa rules. Eu has freedom of movement laws so fifa rules are overruled in the eu. Hence he could go to belgium on loan.

Maybe wrong but I think in football terms Scotland is a foreign country, if we had any Scottish players who had gone through a Scottish teams academy they wouldn't be treated as association trained for a UEFA squad like Ben Davis is who came through Swansea's academy who play in English leagues

Yeah
Ben Davies is classed as HG because Swansea play in England

Just to end off the countries debate, Swansea is in Wales , Swansea City play home games in Wales in Swansea but come under the jurisdiction of the English FA as they play in English leagues. If they get into a UEFA competition they will represent England as can be seen on UEFA website for 2013/14 Europa League where they are shown as English.

Just a little.

It's still all stupid. When brexit happened the government and fa's decided the new rules. They could have easily said that eu rules apply to movement of players between uk countries.
They didn't. Because the fa didn't want players moving clubs under 18. Which is fair i guess. But loans?

Pass
I think this case is more the simplistic rule of competitive leagues that have UEFA places
But I do think it’s just daft to delay a signing like this when it’s all signed
