Mighty Spurs vs Brighton OMT

Very good half. They gifted us the lead and that obviously helped, but looked solid before that too.

Very good to see Winks this good in a midfield two. Great to have Romero back, been missed. Solid performances all around.

Much better off playing a team like Brighton which believes, erroneously, that matches against the likes of us are no longer an exciting opportunity for giant-killing, than teams like Kidderminster in the cup. We’ve been excellent, but Brighton really have been crap, and wasted their chances.

Excellent performance. Slight dip between the goals, but otherwise almost perfect. Moura is working hard, but hasn't really got into the game yet.

Best performance so far under Conte

If we were a bit more clinical in the final third, we'd actually look like a top 4 team however play like this for the rest of the season and 4th is ours and possible the FA CUp too

When a chance falls to Maupay, it’s usually a waste.

Moura is playing well - great ball retention amongst a lot of Brighton bodies and then laying it off simply- gives us an attacking platform.

Winks is doing some tidy stuff too.

Very pleased to see progress and application.

It would help if players would stop giving Moura hospital passes. Not just this game, it seems our players know he can break the lines and dribble in tight areas and keep firing balls into him when he’s got a player up his backside. Then Moura will get criticised for giving the ball away….

I think it's by design. When Moura gets away with possession in those situations it's always dangerous. We can afford him losing it quite a bit.

Plays to his strengths really.

No one seems to mention Hojberg who again looks good after he’s had some rest, same as previously. Now we have signed another CM hopefully he can be rotated more and we will continue to see the best of him…..

Rest, adjusting to the style and what Conte wants from him. The change from safe and easy, don't make mistakes, to breakneck direct vertical passing is massive.

If he can keep growing into this style of play it will be great news.
